Suspicious Vehicle Call Leads to Arrest of 2 Subjects with Meth & Drug Paraphernalia
Odessa Police arrested Jesus Auden Estrella, date of birth 04/26/1973 and Lisa Marie Subia, date of birth 01/05/1989, on 1-7-19 at approximately 0028 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine “2nd Degree Felony”. Subia was also arrested for Theft of Property with at Least 2 or More Prior Convictions (Warrant) “State Jail Felony”.
Officers responded to 2000 East 8th Street (Valero) in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Dispatch advised that a male and female were possibly smoking narcotics inside of a Ford pickup with welding equipment in the back. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle matching the description. The driver was identified as Estrella and the passenger as Subia.
K9 Maximus conducted an open air sniff around the listed vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered approximately 18.8 grams of methamphetamine and several pipes. Investigation revealed that Subia had a felony theft warrant. Both subjects were charged and arrested accordingly.
