Criminal Mischief Call Leads to Arrest of Fugitive Wanted for Federal Warrant
Odessa Police arrested Leonard Edward Daniels, date of birth 04/06/1966, on 3-3-18 at approximately 1612 hours for Smuggling Persons – Parole Violation (Federal Felony Warrant). Officers responded to the area of 10th and Dixie in reference to a criminal mischief. The complainant reported that several subjects were breaking bottles in the alley.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with one of the involved parties, identified as Daniels. Investigation revealed that Daniels had a federal felony parole violation warrant for smuggling persons. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Daniels was charged and arrested accordingly.
Shoplifter Call Results in Several Charges for Colorado Fugitive
Odessa Police arrested Danielle Marie Crisp-Yeager, date of birth 12/03/1983, on 2-27-18 at approximately 1543 hours for Failure to Identify (Felony Warrant), False Identification – Fugitive from Justice “Class A Misdemeanor”, Failure to Identify “Class B Misdemeanor, Fraudulent Destruction, Removal or Concealment of Writing “Class A Misdemeanor”, and Fraudulent Destruction, Removal or Concealment of Writing “Sate Jail Felony”.
Officers responded to 2450 Northwest Loop 338 (Wal-Mart West) in reference to a shoplifter. Investigation revealed that a female subject was removing price tags from small items and placing them on other items. The suspect, who gave officers a false name and date of birth, was placed into custody and transported to the ECLEC.
Upon fingerprinting the female subject, it was revealed that her real identity was Danielle Crisp-Yeager. Investigation revealed that Crisp-Yeager had two outstanding warrants for failure to identify, including a felony warrant out of Colorado. Crisp-Yeager was charged and arrested accordingly.
