On the afternoon of Monday, March 21, 2022, officers with the Odessa Police Department responded to a robbery at the Rose Garden Spa, located at 800 East 7th Street.
An employee (victim) of the business reported to police that a male entered the business, and assaulted her by beating her with his fist and a handgun, while dragging her throughout the business, sustaining multiple injuries. The actor then took an undisclosed amount of currency and fled the scene. The victim was transported to Medical Center Hospital where she was treated and released for her injuries.
A follow-up investigation by detectives with the Criminal Investigation Property Unit has led to the identity of the actor involved. Two arrest warrants were sought and obtained for Isaiah Jerald Jackson, 33 years old, of Humble, Texas charging him with Aggravated Robbery, Felony 1st Degree and Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Felony 3rd Degree.
The suspect is described as a B/M, 5’11” 198 lbs, blk hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray or khaki color BDU style pants, orange hoodie with a black long sleeve, possible pullover shirt underneath. The suspect left in white 4 door newer model Dodge Ram 4x4 with an auxiliary tank in the bed of the truck.
