'Tis the season to give: LIGHTING THE FLAME OF HOPE:
The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Texas is on a journey across the State of Texas to light the "Flame of Hope".
Here's a special video we made not long ago for this event. The Odessa Police Department teamed up with a number of agencies including City of Odessa, Texas - Odessa Fire Rescue, Ector County Sheriff's Office, Ector County ISD Police Department, DPS and US Marshalls.
