Fire Station 6
- Fire Station 6 is one day under contract deadline.
- Due for July 2022 for completion.
- All steel construction and concrete has begun.
- CMU work has been initiated.
- Most material has been purchased and stored on/off site.
- Minor change orders pending approval for the addition of cameras and the SCBA Compressor.
- Contractors have been proactive on materials.
Fire Station 9
- Steel Erection
- CMU’s installation is ongoing
- Electrical, plumbing, mechanical rough in on-going
- Setting up Reinforcement for CMU Walls
- Start Grading at the drive Entrance
- Start grading the truck exit drive
- Project has tentatively been extended to 4-13-2022, initial completion date was 3-21-22.
- Metal Roof Panels (Delay)
