On November 16, 2021, at approximately 1711 hours, the victim, 40-year-old Lester Robert Bland, succumbed to his injuries sustained during the altercation. It occurred in the parking lot of Frisky Brewing, 7050 Tres Hermanas, early Tuesday morning. The victim's next of kin has been notified.
The charge against 33-year-old Jose Bernabe Ballardo will be upgraded to Murder.
