OPD is needing your help identifying this man involved in a Deadly Conduct Investigation.
It happened on 10-8-2021 (Thursday) at around 10:10 pm at the Walmart (East) located at 4210 N. JBS Parkway. The man seen has a tattoo on his left forearm.
