A special event took place at Memorial Garden Park in Odessa called "American Tribute." It's to remember the victims of 9-11. Right now, there are American Flags throughout the park to pay tribute.
Odessa Police Chief Mike Gerke, Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis, and Odessa Fire Rescue Chief John Alvarez were among those on hand.
Also at the event, Deputy Chief Robert Doporto and Deputy Chief Matt Davidson.
