The City of Odessa is looking for bids for the following job.

Job No 210540-26

Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation & Miscellaneous Upgrades

The project includes multiple rehabilitation efforts and upgrades to various process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), instrumentation and control, civil, structural, and architectural components at the City of Odessa Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The project also includes SCADA upgrades at other City-owned remote sites including the City of Odessa Bob Derrington Water Reclamation Plant (WRP), remote sites associated with WTP and WRP, Police Department and City Hall.

Major work components include but are not limited to demolition of the existing Plant 1 flocculation and sedimentation basin, the City’s caustic soda building, and other structures. New construction includes a chlorine room extension at the North Chemical Building, a new flocculation and sedimentation train, a new South Chemical Building, a new hydraulic relief line from the filters to Clearwell No. 1, and a new Electrical Building. Upgrades include rehabilitation of the plant filters, filter building mechanical and structural rehabilitation, replacement of pumps and electrical equipment at various miscellaneous pump stations located within the plant grounds, replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment at the Golder Pump Station, upgrades to the Administration Building control room, break room, restrooms, and ventilation system, and site grading and restoration (including new and repaved chemical delivery roadways).
