The memorial honors the victims of the August 31st mass shooting. Today, a piece of the memorial was placed in the UTPB library for everyone to see.
Inscribed in the metal are words and phrases that the families of the fallen use to describe their loved ones. When the memorial is lit up, the words will glow.
The
next step is for the landscaping to be completed. Then, the memorial will find its permanent spot.
