Beginning Thursday, August 3, 2023, Harper Brothers Construction (Utility Contractor for the City of Odessa) will begin installation of Sewer Line Q across WCR 122. This will include a “Road Closed to Thru Traffic” from SCR 1317 to SCR 1311.
WCR 122 will be temporarily reopened on Saturday, August 5, 2023, by 7:00 PM, pending the completion of the crossing. A detour map has been included for further reference. Residents along WCR 122 and the
subdivision off of San Pedro Dr. will have access to their properties as construction is ongoing.
Citizens are asked to follow all Traffic Control devices, find alternate routes if needed, and expect delays.
