The Black Chamber of Commerce of the Permian Basin hosted the 14th Annual Robert E Williams Sr Memorial Scholarship Tournament.
Odessa City Council Member Mark Matta, City Secretary Norma Grimaldo, Chris Adams - Equipment Services Director, and Meagan Mendenhall, with our Parks & Rec Dept, participated in the event. It took place at Sunset today.
They
were hot and hungry at the end but had a wonderful time having fun and showing support.
