Helping you better navigate our roadways!

Atmos & AT&T will begin work on some projects that will impact drivers in Odessa. Here’s some good information to keep in mind. Please plan accordingly.


*****Beginning Tuesday (July 11, 2023), Drillco (AT&T subcontractor) will begin work on their underground lines along Lee Ave.  This will be a two-phase project.

 

Phase 1

Right-Hand Lane Closure for South-Bound traffic along N. Lee Ave.  The closure will be between 11th Street and 8th Street.  This will also include a Right-Hand Lane Closure for West-Bound Traffic along 10th Street, between Grant Avenue and Lee Ave.  Begins Tuesday, July 11, 2023, and will remain for 1 week.

 

Phase 2

Right-Hand Lane Closure for South-Bound Traffic along Lee Ave.  From 10th Street to 6th Street.  This will also include a Right-Hand Lane Closure for West-Bound Traffic along 8th Street, between Grant Avenue and Lee Ave.  Begins Tuesday, July 18, 2023, and will remain for 2 weeks.

 

AT&T Customer Care Phone # (432) 563-1441.  The public is asked to follow all traffic control devices and expect delays.



*****Beginning Wednesday (July 12, 2023), Driver Pipeline (Atmos subcontractor) will begin work on Atmos main lines.  Work is expected to take 2-3 months to complete.

 

Phase 1A

Right-Hand Lane Shoulder Closure for North-Bound traffic along N. Grandview Ave.  The closure will begin north of 42nd Street and will end at Richmond Street.  This will also include a closure at the turning lane at Penbrook Ave and Grandview Ave for potholing.

 

Phase 2B

Alley Closure from North Grandview Ave. to Wendover Ave.   Dumpsters will be relocated as crews work within the areas. 

 

Driver Pipeline will minimize work area as much as possible during construction.  Atmos Customer Care Phone # (888) 286-6700.  The public is asked to follow all traffic control devices and expect delays.

Right-Hand Lane Closure for East-Bound traffic along East University Blvd.  The closure will be between Halifax Ave and Pagewood Ave. 

 

Phase 1B

Alley Closures from Tanglewood Ave. to Pagewood Ave, on both the north and south sides of University.   Dumpsters will be relocated as crews work within the areas. 

 

Driver Pipeline will minimize work area as much as possible during construction.  Atmos Customer Care Phone # (888) 286-6700.  The public is asked to follow all traffic control devices and expect delays.
