On 1-27-23, a theft occurred at the HEB located at 3801 East 42nd Street. Investigation revealed that an unknown female concealed approximately $506 worth of merchandise inside plastic bags and exited the store without making any attempt to pay. The suspect then left the scene in a white Cadillac Escalade.
