On 2-18-23 at approximately 2:30am, a theft occurred at the Odessa Animal Shelter located at 910 West 42nd Street. Investigation revealed that an unknown male stole a utility trailer (TX LP 862063) that was parked at the new shelter construction site. The suspect was operating an older model multi-colored Chevrolet Silverado.
