Service is set for today for Carrollton Police Officer Steve Nothem.
On Tuesday, October 18, 2022, Officer Steve Nothem with the Carrollton Texas Police Department was backing up another officer on a DWI investigation when he was hit by a passing driver. Officer Nothem was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
