We always enjoy getting good and positive feedback regarding our officers. Odessa resident, April Wright, sent us a message raving about Corporal David Morgan.
She says he was so helpful and kind! Corporal Morgan helped her get her grandma's scooter out of the back end of her truck. As you can see, getting around isn't easy for her since she has a hurt foot.
