On 12-6-20 at approximately 1354 hours, Odessa Police responded to 2450 NW Loop 338 (Wal-Mart West) in reference to a theft. The victim reported that while she was at the photo kiosk, she set down her wallet for just a minute. Further investigation revealed that an unknown male subject picked up the victim’s wallet before placing it into an unknown female subject’s purse.
