Today, we want to highlight Lt. Carruth and thank her for her hard work and dedication. You may have noticed she was in a recent Basin PBS public service announcement meant to educate others on the dangers of fentanyl overdoses.
She has worked for OPD for 29 years and works tirelessly to make our community a better place. We are so fortunate to have her in law enforcement right here in Odessa.
