An officer and a military background! Corporal McCloud has been with OPD going on four years. He was born in Brady, TX and raised in Bay City, TX.
Corporal McCloud also spent 12 years of service in the U.S. Navy active and reserve. He spent one tour in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan.
