Join us at McKinney Park (off of Interstate-20 and Highway 385), during the month of December as the City of Odessa invite you to Starbright Village (presented by First Basin Credit Union), the largest display of lights in the Permian Basin. Over 300,000 lights and holiday themed displays bring the holiday season to life. Whether you’re walking or driving through, this event will bring out your holiday spirit as the lights shine bright and the holiday music plays over the radio.

2020 VIRTUAL Community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

• Date / Time: December 3rd, 2020, Starting to 6:30 pm on NewsWest9 

The 2020 Community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, presented by First Basin Credit Union, kicks off Starbright Village and the lighting of the official Community Christmas Tree on Thursday, December 3rd. The broadcast Ceremony starts at 6:30 pm on NewsWest9.The City of Odessa Parks and Recreation Department strives to bring families together by spreading the joy of the holiday season.

* The walking trail will be open but facemask and social distancing should be practiced.

Admission is Free but donations are welcome to help keep this event free and add new displays for next year.
