The Solid Waste Division is part of the Public Works Department. We provide a reliable and efficient system of collecting and transporting municipal solid waste from residential and commercial customers in a professional, consistent, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible method, enhancing the quality of life in Odessa and the public welfare.

Citizen Bulk Item Drop-Off Center
In an effort to eliminate the accumulation of waste in our alleys, backyards, roadside and other public areas, the Solid Waste Department has established a citizen bulk-item drop off center.
