The Utilities Administration Division provides many critical support activities to the other Utilities Divisions. These include:

Mission
The Utilities Administration Division assumes overall responsibility for providing water and wastewater treatment as well as distribution and collection services, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring customer satisfaction, providing managerial and clerical support to all Utilities divisions, and overseeing the Utilities Capital Improvement Program.

The Utilities Administration Division is located on the 4th Floor of the Municipal Plaza Building at 119 W. 4th Street. This division provides support and clerical services for the Utilities Department, as well as receives requests from customers for water and wastewater maintenance and repair services. By calling 335-4625, customers can report problems such as water line breaks, leaks at the water meter, low water pressure, or sewer blockages or backups.
