• Alley Filling/Blading – Caliche and paved alleys are maintained on a regular route.
• Seal Coat – An annual summer preventive maintenance project that prolongs the life of the street by protecting the asphalt from deterioration.  Residential streets are scheduled for seal coating approximately every six years.
• Crack Sealing – preventive maintenance procedures to prevent moisture from getting into road base causing pavement deterioration and pot holes.
• Drainage Channels – are mowed and cleaned on a routine basis and by request.
• Pavement Patching – the Street division repairs pavement that is damaged, or if the pavement has been cut for some type of repair or installation.
• Street Sweeping – Residential streets are swept on a route basis approximately once every two months. Downtown is swept on a monthly basis.
