Welcome to the City of Odessa's GIS WebMAPS (Geographic Information System). This is work in progress, and being a site in constant development, the information that you see here may not be accurate or complete. We are striving to create maps that are meaningful, useful and easy to use. We hope to develop our Maps so that even a novice user can easily use the mapping system.

You now have the capability to save images, print maps and parcel data; and one of the newest features is a true map center line geocode database that will allow you to search for an address; zooming to that location.

This service is best used with a broadband connection due to the amount of information being processed and sent from the server to your machine.  You may use Map Quest, Google Maps or Yahoo maps as alternatives for basic mapping needs.
