Your membership costs go directly into improving the Odessa Fire Department's Fire and Medical Services.

Enrollment deadline is December 31, 2008; coverage begins January 1, 2009.

Memberships must be renewed each year.

Complete an application and mail it with your one-time payment of $49.00 (Save $11.00) by check or money order or you may choose to have $5.00 per month (=$60.00 per year) billed on your city utility (water) bill each month beginning January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
