NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE CITIZENS OF ODESSA, TEXAS OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL
You are hereby notified that a public hearing before the City Council will be held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 411 W. Eighth Street, on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
The nature of such public hearing will be to consider the following requests for annexation to the City of Odessa: The Morrison Group, approximately 21.97 acres of land in Sections 10 and 15, Block 41, T-2-S, T&P Ry. Co. Survey, Midland County, Texas: SJL Partners, GP approximately 115.86 acres of land in Sections 21, 22, 27 and 28, and approximately 416.34 acres of land in Sections 22 and 27, Block 41, T2S, T&P RR. NOTICIA AL PÚBLICO: ESTADO DE TEJAS: CONDADO DE ECTOR AQUI LA NOTICIA PARA TODOS LOS CIUDADANOS DE LA CIUDAD DE ODESSA, TEJAS, QUE SE TENDRA UNA AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA CON EL CONCILIO DE ESTA CIUDAD. Se da noticia que se tendra una audiencia pública con el concilio de la ciudad en la Camara del Concilio ubicada en el edificio municipal (City Hall), 411 W. 8th, el Martes, 24 de Julio 2012 a las 6:00 p.m. El motivo de esta audiencia pública es para considerar las peticiónes siguientes para anexión al municipio de Odessa: The Morrison Group, aproximadamente 21.97 acres de terreno en las Secciónes 10 y 15, Bloque 41, T-2-S, T&P Ry.
