Honorable Mayor David R. Turner provided an update on the Hotel and Conference Center project and other initiatives aimed at revitalizing the area. Dallas-based urban design and planning firm Gateway Planning Group unveiled renderings, a design palette and catalytic developments for Downtown Odessa.
