Odessa Police Asking for Public’s Help with Aggravated Robbery Investigation
On 1-16-18 at approximately 0900 hours, Odessa Police responded to 3900 Tanglewood (Seven Eleven) in reference to a stolen white 2003 GMC Yukon. Investigation revealed that the complainant left his keys in the ignition with the engine running while he went into Seven Eleven. When the complainant returned outside he observed an unknown person driving away in his vehicle. The complainant ran after the suspect in attempt to stop the driver from stealing his vehicle. The suspect refused to stop and ran over the complainant’s left leg with one of the tires.
The complainant was transported to Medical Center Hospital with serious bodily injury. The suspect shown below is described as a white or Hispanic male, approximately 6’ tall and 170 pounds, wearing a white shirt, black beanie, black gloves and white shoes. The female subject shown below is also considered to be a person of interest. The complainant’s vehicle was located on 1-17-18 at approximately 0930 hours parked in the area of 11th and Meadow.
