Community Development Action Plan

February 29, 2016 – Officials with the Community Development department will be conducting the final public hearing to gain citizen input on the 2016-2017 One Year Action Plan. These plans utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds. The second, and final, public hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Key West Senior Village, 1600 West Clements.

The City has been notified by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that $778,374 in CDBG funds and 229,932 in HOME funds have been allocated for the 2016 program year. The City will also have $65,722 in CDBG program income and $64,393 in HOME program income available for allocation to eligible projects.
